Rules for Open Competitions at Muckhart

1. No competitor can win more than one prize
   
2. Competition will be played in accordance with Rules of Golf. Local rules per scorecard also apply
   
3. Handicap certificates may be required, or asked for
   
4. In the event of a tie (or ties) normal countback procedures will apply
   
5. Late entries may be accepted if times are available
   
6. In the event of any disputes, the Committee's decision is final.

SENIOR LADIES GREENSOMES 24th May 2012

GENTS VETERANS OPEN (John Pettigrew Cup), 31st May

Scottish veterans are a hardy bunch and this was demonstrated fully today as our Veterans Open went ahead despite persistent rain. After a delayed start the course coped very well indeed and our thanks go to the greens staff for working so hard to get the event on and not disappoint our visitors from all over the country. At the end of a long day our own Boyd Houston produced the round of the season to score 82-18-64 after starting with a 7 to win by 6 shots..

Pictured with the John Pettigrew Cup is winner Boyd flanked by our Captain Ian Barker and John Pettigrew who also took charge of scoring for his own event!.
