Course of the day Naemoor / Cowden. Arndean is open for casual play
From Monday 28th October till further notice, we are now on 'winter rules' which means no play from the fairways (apart from beyond the white stakes near the greens). Please move balls to the semi rough. In addition Relief from an embedded ball 'through the green' will apply. We would appreciate the co operation of all players as these rules have served us well over the years in preserving the course during the winter.

The last date for this year's twilight medal programme is Monday 26th August at usual times.
Many thanks to all who have played this year
2013 STARTS AGAIN TEEING OFF AT 6.30, TURN UP BEFORE 7.00 TO PLAY. A STARTER WILL BE AT PRO SHOP AND ORGANISE EVERYONE INTO GROUPS.
These medals are open to all and it is hoped they will appeal in particular to those members with time constraints which prevent them being able to play 18 holes but still looking to achieve/maintain a handicap, and play competitive golf
These are 9 hole medals for both Gents and Ladies played off white and red tees which are qualifying for handicap purposes.(and can be used to submit cards for handicap)
They will be played on the front 9 of the course of the day, so will either be Arndean or Naemoor.
Members wishing to play should arrive at the Pro Shop from 6.15 up till 7.00 at the latest. A volunteer starter will be present and will send groups out as folks turn up Gents and Ladies can play together.
Players should enter their scores into the computer and cards into the box as normal.
There is a £1 sweep and a first prize on the night for both gents and ladies.
It is important that everyone plays without delay to ensure those playing at the back of the field are able to finish with enough light to see. Sunset is approximately 90 minutes after the last tee off time.
This was a new venture in 2012 and we are delighted to say the support was such that we are running it again in 2013. Any changes will be notified in advance, and grateful thanks to David Reid who once again will perform most of the starting duties in 2013.
